  We recently had nearly 50 windows, a kitchen door, a patio door, and an additional custom, elegant front entry door installed by Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta—and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Charlie, our salesman, set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional project. He was a no-nonsense, upfront, courteous representative who provided a thorough and accurate description of the products, installation process, warranty, and expectations. There was absolutely no high-pressure salesmanship. Everything Charlie told us during the sales process was 100% accurate, and that level of honesty and transparency gave us tremendous confidence in our decision. Our project manager, Eugene, was equally impressive. He was thorough, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He consistently communicated with us and made every effort to ensure the installation schedule was convenient for our family. His oversight gave us complete confidence that our project was in capable hands. The three-member installation team was outstanding. They worked relentlessly for three full days in the unforgiving Georgia summer heat and humidity, and we never once saw them slack off. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were exceptional.   The installation went very well and turned out even better than expected. I had expected to get the exterior trim capped on all windows, but almost all of the windows already had PVC trim so they could leave the intricate edges exposed. One window was wood so they replaced the original trim with PVC to keep all windows the same. The crew spent all day at the house but minimized the time spent inside. They cleaned up after themselves when complete. I had already paid the bill when I noticed some minor problems with the install. I called Universal and a crew was back out within three days to make any corrections. I am very happy with the final installation.

  Eugene and the Universal Windows crew did an excellent job with our window replacements. After interviewing a few different companies to replace our entire home, I found Eugene to be the most helpful and reasonable. He made some great design suggestions that I had not previously considered that turned out to be fantastic improvements to the exterior of our home.   We solicited quotes/presentations from 3 window companies with similar products to replace 20 windows in our 25 year old house. Eugene worked with us to provide a competitive bid from Universal Windows Direct and earned our business. They did a great job from start to finish with communication, installation process and follow-up after job completion. Eugene (the owner) came by and personally checked every window to make sure everything functioned properly and to make sure we were happy with their work.
