  We recently had nearly 50 windows, a kitchen door, a patio door, and an additional custom, elegant front entry door installed by Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta—and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience. From the very beginning, Charlie, our salesman, set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional project. He was a no-nonsense, upfront, courteous representative who provided a thorough and accurate description of the products, installation process, warranty, and expectations. There was absolutely no high-pressure salesmanship. Everything Charlie told us during the sales process was 100% accurate, and that level of honesty and transparency gave us tremendous confidence in our decision. Our project manager, Eugene, was equally impressive. He was thorough, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He consistently communicated with us and made every effort to ensure the installation schedule was convenient for our family. His oversight gave us complete confidence that our project was in capable hands. The three-member installation team was outstanding. They worked relentlessly for three full days in the unforgiving Georgia summer heat and humidity, and we never once saw them slack off. Their work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were exceptional. They repeatedly emphasized that their goal was our complete satisfaction, and they backed that up with their actions. Even with such a large project, they maintained an exceptionally clean and orderly worksite throughout the entire installation. When they finished, it was remarkable how little evidence there was that such an extensive project had just taken place. We selected Universal Windows Direct of Atlanta after comparing them with three other competitive bidders. Ultimately, the other companies simply fell short when we compared the total package—including warranty protection, product quality, delivery expectations, and the state-of-the-art, energy-efficient features of the Universal Windows Direct products.  Verified We could not be any happier with UWD of Atlanta. We always get 3 quotes for any major renovation and their quote saved us over 10k from the next closest estimate. Charlie showed us different options of things that we could do to save money without changing the footprint. Eugeniy kept us informed on the timeline as the windows were being made and then as the installation crew were installing. The installation crew were very tidy, professional and had all 32 windows installed in 2 days. Eugeniy stopped by to inspect the work.  Verified I reached out about a leaking window, and instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair, he came by, took a look, and told me it was an easy DIY fix that would cost almost nothing.  Verified Truly excellent experience from beginning to end. Needed a full replacement of all windows in the house. Charlie came out and provided a very reasonable assessment and contributed to the aesthetic vision with recommendations drawing from his expertise. Landed on a fair price for the scope of work. A month later, the windows were received from the factory and ready to install. They came out and installed 16 windows in a day. Installation work was outstanding and my home was left very clean. The installation team was very good and efficient. Eugeniy oversaw the entire project, was very responsive and open about our options, and made sure that everything went well. Had them install a couple of doors too, and they went over and above expectations to ensure an optimal result within my budget constraints. Cannot speak highly enough of this business and all of the people involved. They are truly exceptional.
